RECREATIONAL OPTIONS

I’m now taking four norco every day..I don’t consume or smoke. Ive taken ambien 5mg and that helps but it’s not sensible for seniors Which is not prescribed for me. As a result of no sleep and continuously dealing with pain I’m missing energy and enthusiasm for each day activities. Your support would be very much appreciated..regards Maggie
